What is Movstream?
Movstream is a premium online streaming platform offering a vast library of movies and TV series in HD and 4K quality. You can browse, search, and watch thousands of titles from any device.
Is Movstream free to use?
You can browse our full catalog for free. Creating a free account gives you access to watchlists, ratings, and personalized recommendations. Premium features may require a subscription.
How do I create an account?
Click the "Join Free" button in the top navigation, fill in your username, email and password, and you're all set. Registration is completely free and takes under a minute.
Do I need an account to watch movies?
You can browse the catalog without an account. However, creating a free account lets you save movies to your watchlist, rate films, and get personalized suggestions.
Streaming & Playback
What video quality is available?
We offer content in multiple qualities including SD, HD (720p), Full HD (1080p), and 4K where available. You can select your preferred quality in the video player settings.
Why is the video buffering?
Buffering is usually caused by a slow internet connection. We recommend at least 5 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K streaming. Try lowering the video quality or checking your network connection.
Can I download movies for offline viewing?
Offline downloads are available on our mobile apps for premium subscribers. On the web, content is streamed in real time.
Which browsers and devices are supported?
We support all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Our mobile apps are available for Android and iOS.
Are there subtitles available?
Yes! Many titles have subtitles available in multiple languages. Look for the CC button in the video player to turn subtitles on or off.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page, enter your registered email, and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
How do I update my profile information?
Log in and click on your username in the top navigation. Select "My Profile" and go to the "Edit Profile" tab to update your name, email, and bio.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. To request account deletion, contact our support team via the Contact page. All your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Content & Availability
How often is new content added?
We add new movies and TV series every week. Check the "New Releases" section on the homepage or browse by "Recently Added" to see the latest additions.
Can I request a specific movie or show?
Absolutely! Use our Contact form and select "Content Request" as the subject. We review all requests and prioritize the most requested titles.
Why is a movie not available in my region?
Some titles have geographic licensing restrictions. If a title is unavailable in your region, it will appear greyed out or not appear in search results.
How do I report a broken video link?
On the movie detail page, use the "Report" button below the player, or contact us through our Contact page. We aim to fix broken links within 24 hours.
